As part of Training initiative BSIOTR offered students Skill development training programme on Full Stack Java of 250 hours in association with TNS India Foundation. 16 students enrolled for this training. The sessions were conducted by TNS India trainer Ms. Mayuri Fakirpure (java) and Ms. Muskan Srivastava (Soft Skill) in the Month of June, July and August -2024.

Key Takeaways:- Technical Trainer has covered following topics – Database using MySQL, Java variables, Data types, Operators, Precedence, Java Control Flow OOP: Classes & Objects, Methods, MySQL, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, Git/Gradle, Projects etc.

Soft Skill trainer has Covered following topics - Personal and Professional Effectiveness, Effective Communication, Interview Readiness, External - Leadership Talks & Alumni Connect, Inter-Batch SS Competitions (Self/ Peer Development Projects), Mock GD, Mock PI (Tech+ SS), Interview Preparation Sessions (IPS) etc.

Assessment for these training was conducted on 22/08/2024 and 10/09/2024.
